You play as a shop owner working shifts in a busy retail store. Your job: serve regular customers while finding and discreetly dealing with disruptive "Karens" and "Kevins" using tools like a cannon, trapdoors and distractions. Don't let security catch you or you'll have more problems to deal with.
Core Gameplay Loop
Serve normal customers (scan items, help them, restock & clean messes)
Spot problematic customers (based on gestures and behaviour)
Deal with them using chaotic tools (cannon, distractions, etc.)
Avoid detection by the security guard.
Upgrade tools, store layout and your own character between shifts
Progress through increasingly hectic store levels (more customers, more chaos)

Customer Interactions
Normal: Wait in line, buy items, ask questions
Problematic: Cut in line, yell, cause messes, film staff, demand managers
Tools & Gadgets
Customer Cannon: Load and launch problematic customers
Noise Disruptor: Loudspeaker or mic to scatter crowds or distract security
Trapdoor Tile: Activate with a button to drop customers out of the store
Karen Scanner: Identifies entitled customers
Security AI
> Patrols store in set patterns.
> Gets suspicious if chaos increases.
> If caught, the player gets penalised or forced to take on extra tasks.
Win/Lose Conditions
Success:
> Complete the shift with a high satisfaction score
> Keep regular customers happy
> Remove a quota of problem customers undetected
Failure:
> Too many normal customers leave angry
> Caught too often by the manager
> Cause too much visible chaos
Progression System
Shifts get harder: More demanding customers, smarter security, messier floors
Unlock stores: Electronics shop, toy store etc.
Store upgrades: More gadgets, faster restock, better disguise gear
Cosmetics: Hats, aprons, sunglasses, silly badges
